The Scientific Coalition for UAP Studies (SCU) sponsored it's first International Conference on the subject of Anomalous Aerospace Phenomena (AAP) in March of 2019. As the former Program Manager for AATIP, Luis Elizondo presented a unique perspective about this newly disclosed program that looked into the military related cases of unknown aerial phenomena and their potential threat to National Security and Aerospace Defense. While the official program funding was cut in 2012, the work continues at the Pentagon.
